Who you deal with
Polar is the seller of record. Polar handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and invoices.
The software comes from PlugPress.
What you buy
Saddle sells three plans, each for 5, 20 or 50 sites and billed once a year. Each includes Saddle Cloud and email support.
Go costs $60, $144 or $300 a year. Pro costs $108, $228 or $468, and adds Saddle Pro for the same sites.
Reach costs $228, $468 or $948 a year. It adds 2,000, 4,500 or 9,000 SEO credits a month to Pro.
Each plan allows a set number of AI-app calls through Saddle Cloud a day, shown on the pricing page. A site you connect to an AI app directly is never counted.
Plans bought before these renew at the same price, with what they included.
Saddle Cloud is a hosted service. It stores what the privacy policy lists, for as long as it says.
SEO credits renew each month of the paid year; unused ones carry over one month, and credits you buy never expire. We work to keep Cloud running, but we do not promise a set uptime.
When a plan ends, Cloud stops checking your sites and your account stays, paused, until you renew or ask us to delete it.
Renewal
Your subscription renews every year. Cancel any time in your account.
After you cancel, updates continue to the end of the paid year.
The license
The plugins are licensed under GPLv2 or later. The key gives you updates and support, not permission to use the code.
If your key lapses, the plugins keep working and updates stop.
Fair use
Use one key on as many sites as your plan covers, yours or your clients. Sharing a key in public ends it.
If you bought on Freemius, write to us and we move your license to Polar. Your Freemius key keeps working until a date we announce to you by email.
Free plugins
The free plugins are provided as they are, through WordPress.org. They come with no warranty.
Liability
Saddle, Saddle Pro and Saddle Cloud are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, PlugPress is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the country where PlugPress is based. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will try to settle it together.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when the terms change. The date at the top shows the last change.
