1. Site Health: list anything critical or recommended, in plain words, and what each one means for me.
2. Updates: list every plugin, theme and WordPress update that is waiting, with the version it goes from and to. Flag any that look like a big jump.
3. Changes: sum up what AI apps changed on the site this week, and which app made each change.

End with the three things you would do first, in order.
